Terms and Conditions

Please take care to read the terms and conditions mentioned below. When reservations are made on your behalf for our guided wellness trip, these terms and conditions will constitute your acceptance and will make up part of the contract.

Prices

The prices quoted on this site are in Canadian dollars.

Reservations and Payment

Reservations should be made as early as possible to ensure the departure of your choice. All amounts are per person. At the time of reservation, it is imperative that the full name of the traveler, as it appears on his/her respective passport, be submitted. Failure to do so may incur additional costs. Dates of birth must also be given. Please ensure your passport is valid at least 6 months from date of departure.

Payment Methods

We accept cash, cheques, credit cards (Visa, Master Card, American Express) and PayPal.

Changes to Reservations

After your vacation has been confirmed and payment has been received, changes are not permitted.

Accommodations

All accommodations are provided as described in single and double occupancy.

Cancellation Policy

100% of total amount per person is NON-REFUNDABLE. Should you wish to cancel during the trip, no refund will be issued for the unused portion of the trip, regardless of the cause. Full payment towards a booking constitutes full knowledge and acceptance of the cancellation policy.

Tour Packages

The packages offered are as described and any unused portions are non-refundable. The tour packages have been organized and arranged using the services of a number of outside operators, for whom we cannot be held responsible. We shall be held exempt from any liability in respect to any detention, delay, loss, damage, sickness or injury, however and by whomsoever caused, and of whatever kind, occurring to any passenger at any time.

Required Documents

All travelers must be in possession of a passport. It must be valid for 6 months from date of departure. Please contact your local government for VISA formalities to certain destinations, and any vaccinations required.

Insurance

It is recommended that one be covered for the following types of insurances:
(Pricing will depend on various parameters. Please contact us for an individual cost analysis.)

  • Tour cancellation or interruption.
  • Trip delay.
  • Medical expenses and emergency assistance.
  • Accidental death.
  • Baggage loss or delay.

Baggage

Air carriers have individual rules and regulations with respect to baggage weight, size and number of pieces. Extraordinary requirements should be mentioned at the time of booking. Excess baggage charges are the responsibility of the passenger.

Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for advising us of their intentions, expectations and special needs, as they relate to the proposed travel, before the reservation is completed.

Costs Not Included

  • Expenses of obtaining a passport, laundry services, wine, liquor, bottled water, all items not mentioned or items of a personal nature.
  • Excessive baggage charges, lost baggage, health and accident charges, trip cancellation charges.
  • Gratuities (tipping is the responsibility of the passenger).

Health

Travelers whose physical condition so requires, must ensure that they have a sufficient quantity of any required medication with them and must carry such medication in their hand bag at all times. Customers must also consult competent medical authorities prior to departure about preventative medical measures to be taken with regard to the countries to be visited. Each person will be required to fill out a medical questionnaire to be evaluated by the resident doctor prior to visiting the mud baths.
